The Iwatsuki Logisitics Center is located in the Greater Tokyo sub-market of Iwatsuki/Saitama, a desirable infill logistics location situated on National Route 16 and approximately 35 kilometers from the Tokyo CBD, with good access to key transportation networks. The asset was completed in November 2014 and was leased to Bridgestone Logistics Co., Ltd.
The facility is almost 30,000m² in size; over three stories with docks on the front and lateral sides of the building; and modern logistics features such as international standard floor loads of 1.5t/m², ceiling clear heights of 6.0 meters, LED lighting throughout and air conditioning on warehouse floors 2 and 3. The facility has five 3.5 ton cargo elevators, one palette lifter and the truck courts have 11 meter spans which accommodate 3 trucks each, with a total of 45 bays.
