Investment and Due Diligence

UI undertakes fundamental underwriting and due diligence as well as market analysis of the underlying real estate and sub-markets. Our approach is disciplined, and consistent with each opportunity assessed individually on its fundamentals. Part of the process is reviewing and advising upon third party reports as well as coordinating legal matters.

Development and Planning

The UI team has planned, designed and developed over one million m² of logistics space in the past ten years. Capabilities include land rezoning, planning, design and construction.
