UI Group is a specialized investment, development, and asset management firm. Our investment focus is logistics and industrial commercial real estate assets in Japan and China. UI was founded in Japan in 2008 by Josh Olsan, and in 2011 Ross Antoci joined as a Principal and co-owner. UI Group operates through its holding company UI Holdings Limited (Hong Kong), and its two subsidiary companies, UI Japan and UI China. In November 2021, Macquarie Asset Management (“MAM”), through one of its real estate vehicles, invested in UI and has provided initial capital to fund UI’s existing pipeline of investment opportunities at that time.
UI identifies the asset first, builds investment profiles, and then presents comprehensive investment proposals to its capital partners. This results in more tangible investment opportunities, and clearer, more concrete outcomes.
